What data we process and why
This website has no forms or private area, and does not automatically collect personal data beyond the technical logs of the server.
We only process the data users voluntarily provide when contacting us by email or telephone: we use it to answer the enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare and send the requested quotation.
Legal basis: the legitimate interest of the controller in responding to enquiries (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and, where the enquiry concerns a quotation, pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Web analytics: if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to obtain aggregate statistics on how the site is used (pages visited, time on site, device type) in order to improve it. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time. If you do not accept, it is not activated.
How long we keep the data
Data is kept for as long as necessary to deal with the request and thereafter for the periods legally required to address any liabilities. Once those periods have elapsed, the data is securely deleted.
Who we share data with
Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required or where necessary for the provision of the service by our technology providers (for example, hosting and email providers), with whom the corresponding data processing agreements have been signed.
Google Ireland Limited acts as processor for analytics data. This service may involve international transfers to the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
No automated decision-making with legal effects and no profiling for advertising purposes take place.
